How to Use Plex on Xbox 360/Xbox One
If you want to access Plex on Xbox, you should enable DLNA. However, it isn’t enabled by default as that of the PlayStation device. To enable DLNA, you need to create a DLNA profile on your PC and Xbox 360/Xbox One.
To create a Profile folder under the Plex folder, navigate to the location as given below.
C:\Program Files (x86)\Plex\Plex Media Server\Resources\Profiles
~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/Profiles
Further, you should add an XML profile for Xbox One. Since the procedure requires technical knowledge, you shall better refer to James Mackenzie’s XML profile to create the DLNA media profile.
