SHOWTIME is a video-on-demand service that allows you to watch your favorite movies, videos, series, and so on. The app also includes SHOWTIME originals, theatrically released motion pictures, along with sports matches. SHOWTIME supports all the devices, including Apple TV, Fire TV, Roku, Xbox, Smart TV, and more.
SHOWTIME app is officially available on the App Store. But the limitation with the Apple TV is that you can install apps manually only on the Apple TV 4K and HD models. For lower models like Apple 3rd Gen, you have to cast the SHOWTIME app from your iPhone or iPad.
How to Install SHOWTIME on Apple TV
Step-1: Connect your Apple TV to the internet.
Step-2: Click App Store on your home screen.
Step-3: On the search icon, Type SHOWTIME.
Step-4: Then, click the SHOWTIME app and select Get.
Step-5: Now, the app will get download and installed on your Apple TV.
Step-6: Click launch and select Sign In.
Step-7: To Sign In to your account, enter your Log In credentials.
How to AirPlay SHOWTIME on Apple TV
 Connect your iOS device and Apple TV with the same Wi-Fi connection.
 From your iPhone or iPad, download the SHOWTIME app from the App Store.
 Once the SHOWTIME app is download, sign in with your account.
 Now, choose the movie or TV show to stream.
 Click on the Airplay icon from the playback screen.
 Then, select your Apple TV.
 The video from the SHOWTIME app will appear on your TV.
