Amazon Prime Video, like Netflix, is available in almost all countries. With Amazon Prime Video, you will get to stream international movies and series right from your location. With only $8.99 per month, you can watch thousands of movies and TV shows. One of the best things about Amazon Prime Video is that the streaming app is available for all streaming devices and smart TVs, including Samsung Smart TV.

Samsung Smart TV, unlike other smart TV, runs on the Tizen OS. In the Tizen OS, there will be no Google Play Store to install and manage apps. Instead of the Play Store, you have Samsung’s Smart Hub. In Smart Hub, you can install apps and games available for your Samsung Smart TV model.

Install Amazon Prime on Samsung Smart TV

    (1) Press the Smart Hub button on your Samsung smart TV remote.

    (2) Now, click the Apps option on the bottom of the screen.

Amazon Prime on Samsung Smart TV: Troubleshoot Tips

If you have issues or errors while streaming the Amazon Prime Video on your Samsung TV, try these troubleshoot tips.

    • Try signing out and then sign in again.
    • Uninstall the app and install it again from the Smart Hub.
    • Restart your Samsung Smart TV and try again.
    • Check the internet connection.
    • Make sure that you aren’t connected to any VPNs. Prime Video will detect the usage of a VPN and can block your account.
    • Update your Samsung Smart TV to the latest software version.

With these simple steps, you can install the Amazon Prime Video app on your Samsung Smart TV. Buy the Amazon Prime Video subscription and watch thousands of movies at your home. If you have any difficulties, tell us in the comments below.
